For this picture set I have dug into my photo-album and put together a selection of pictures taken at various locations in the Jśren region between 1999 and 2001.

RH60551 is a SOT Scania built in their factory in Poland. It is seen here in Jernbaneveien, Stavanger on a murky November afternoon in 1999. Click for a larger picture

Although Haugaland Billag still exists, their bus operation now goes under the name of Haugaland Busstrafikk. This coach is on the Stavanger Airport (Sola) to Haugesund service, which is operated jointly with SOT It is seen here approaching Stavanger bus station on its way to Haugesund.

Just a little further up the street and turning into Stavanger bus station is SR23660, an Arna bodied DAF SB220. The road outside the bus station is now paved with cobble stones and looks much smarter now! Click for a larger picture

Click for a larger picture Seen in Madlaveien, Stavanger on a fine May day in 2000 is SOT's SR71163, an Arna bodied Volvo B10B.

Also seen in May 2000 is SOT's RH53954, a Mercedes-Benz O 405 N bearing an all-over advertisement. The location is Misjonsveien, Stavanger. Click for a larger picture

Also at Bryne station was SR28783, an Arna bodied Mercedes-Benz OHL 1628 operated by Nettbuss Vest. This bus was originally owned by the Fana Os Milde company near Bergen. Click for a larger picture

Click for a larger picture Back in Stavanger, seen in April 2001 is RH62955, a Volvo B10BLE with Säffle bodywork. This bus is operated by SOT and is bearing an advertisement for their night-bus service.

Again in Stavanger in April 2001 is BN62990, a Scania L113 with Carrus Universal bodywork (build no. 1205), new in February 1993. It was originally a demonstrator for Scania but is now operated by SOT on the Airport bus service. Click for a larger picture
